I know what you’re thinking….. It’s Autumn & I’m posting about a salad dressing recipe. Well, if where you live is like where I’m living right now then you’re probably still eating the yummy crunchy salads. (right?)
Anyways, here is my ultimate most fav all time salad dressing!!
5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 teaspoon Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
generous sprinkling of Braggs sea kelp seasonings
Ground black pepper
2~3 minced clove of garlic (optional)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Shake it all in your jar and refrigerate for around an hour before you want to use it. It should last for 4~6 days in the fridge But be warned, the Garlic gets stronger as the days go by, so if you’re not a Garlic fan (is there such a thing?) then reduce the amount in the recipe.

p.s. My new fav salad is a mix of lettuces, crushed walnuts, dried cranberries, Simple right!
