It’s Monday again. I don’t know about you, but here the Spring was far better than the Summer so far
We are still new to the Island, but I much prefer Running days like this….
Then dreary Raining days where the Wind takes your Breathe away
Alas, If I can’t go out to Run & Sweat, then I’m going to do some HIIT in the house & Sweat! I’m excited to be getting back into Zuzanna’s Workouts. She use to be BodyRock, but then she disappeared. I’m glad she’s back. You have to check her out. Amazing!

I also found some really cool videos on how to Run. Proper Running technique is pretty crucial to not just running Better, but Running Efficient & Without Injury. It’s a great article, they talk about training, different types of running, & a whole spell of other related things. If you haven’t read it, I recommend it
Although I don’t currently have a Running Schedule (I’m still just havin’ fun
) I never want to get hurt (especially with this 1/2 Marathon coming up so soon, did you happen to donate to David Suzuki’s Charity yet?). I’ve tried running on my toes (like the article says) but it just isn’t happening yet, maybe with Practice…..
