What is it?

One of the oldest Herbs known, Cinnamon comes from the inner bark of the EverGreen trees of south~west India & Asia. It is the curled, dried up bark that we typically use today.

What’s in it?

Cinnamon contains 3 different Oils that contribute to it’s health benefits, it’s also a good source of Manganese, Fiber, Iron, and Calcium.

What does it do for us?

Cinnamon is known to be useful as Relief for Tense Muscles, to Stimulate the Digestion, as a Diuretic, Anti~Convulsant, Anti~Biotic. It has also shown to reduce fasting Blood Glucose, & reduce Leukemia & Lymphoma Cancer cells.

Best way to buy it?

Organic again is important. You can buy is already ground or as the Curled Dried up Bark.

Best way to use it?

Sprinkle it over Oatmeal, into baking, on toast with Flax Oil & Coconut Sugar, steep tea with Cinnamon~Lemon & Ginger for a cold, or add to Burritos & Curries.

Special Notices:

Cinnamon has Oxalate, so individuals prone to Oxalate containing Kidney stones should be aware.
