As a mom I need to be prepared. As a mom of 2 young boys I really need to be prepared. What do you have in your First Aid Kits? (You have a few right?) You need a few; Upstairs, Downstairs, Car, Travel Kit, etc. These Kits are Important. And they should be kept Stocked with the Proper Items in order to be of Good Use. Whether you have children or not, whether you are clumsy or not. Everyone needs a few First Aid Kits!
First things First. You need a Box, Ziplock Bag, Tupperware Container, etc to hold all your items in one place safe & securely. Once you have them, you may proceed to the next step
Next Step
Go out & purchase 2~4 of everything on this list. I know, I know. It’s going to cost a bit a first, but these are not everyday items & you shouldn’t run out too quickly. If it’s too much, then start out with 2 of each.
1.Arnica (Tables & Cream)
~This homeopathic Medicine should be your first to go to for any bumps, bangs, bruises, or any other physical trauma. Take the Pellets as directed on the bottle. The cream can (& should) be used on any un~opened skin that has been hit, bruised, banged up, etc. We have this around all the time, & it speeds recovery as well as lessens the initial shock & pain of the Trauma. Arnica Pellets & Cream can be found at most Health Stores.
