Maca nourishes and calms the nerves, stimulates the appetite and aids in digestion, at the same time it supports the adrenal glands so they don’t have to rely on damaging cortisol to fuel the body. Maca contains fibre, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin c, vitamins B1 and B12. It enhances Memory, builds muscle & endurance, speeds healing, acts as an antioxidant & is non~addictive!
1~2 Tbsp 2~3 times a week.
This decadent treat has more antioxidants then Red wine or Green tea! Cacao increases our feel good hormones Serotonin, which can help with Depression.
