New Fitness Plan for May

May. Another Month. Another Plan.

Last months Plan went pretty well. I stuck with it about 75% of the time~ that’s great for me. I need a schedule, but I hate feeling bad when I veer off every once in a while. So what’s up for this month??
First up, lots (I mean) LOTS more running. I need to get my time down & my distance up! My 1/2 Marathon is getting closer & closer (please see here to make a donation to the Charity I’m running for~ David Suzuki! πŸ™‚ ) & to add more excitement, I’ve signed up for a 10k this month (May 27th) as well as another 5k with my 8 year old in June!

LOTS OF RUNNING!!!!!

I’ve been taking my water bottle with me on runs, when I’m not fueling with Vega, I love using this coconut water! Have you ever tried Big Tree Farms? They use amazing Coconuts from Bali, but instead of shipping it all in bottles, they only ship it in powder form~ saves a lot of money, time, energy & is so much better for the planet!!! I must say, it really does taste better than most bottled coconut water too! Try it out~ you’ll like it πŸ™‚

I’ll keep up with the Weights as well. Arms, Abs, Legs…. they are all gonna hurt real bad this month πŸ˜‰ Can’t wait!!!!

I’ve just begun a little cleanse (after being sick & felt I really needed to kick the germs & sluggishness to the curb), so I’ll take the first part of the month a little slower than usual, but I plan to be back 110% by the middle of the month!

So far this month I’ve done some running (once with my 8 yr old too warm up for our 5k), & I’ve been doing a bit of weights. This week I’m hitting it harder!
