Hi my dear lovely followers! How has your week been? It’s Friday, It’s Friday!!! I can’t believe it’s Friday! I have only 2 more days until my very first ever 10k!! Wouldn’t you know it, but my Sciatica is totally acting up again. I can’t sit or stand… knock on wood & cross your fingers it settles down before the big run. I’m thinking only Positive thoughts here 🙂

It’s Friday again Everyone!!! How was your week? Do you have any amazing plans for the Loooooong Weeeeeekend????? I have a special visitor in town, my MOM!!! It was her birthday yesterday, & she’s here all weekend. Can’t wait to hang~out, catch up & tour her around our little Island Paradise!

I have been feeling a little stretched in ways that I didn’t want to be pulled. I am re~evaluating what I am here for. I want to be your go~to girl for Nutrition, Whole Vegan/Vegetarian Healthy Eating & Living Tips, Tricks, Supplement questions, Natural Detoxing Quests, Detoxing aids, & Natural Stress Management planning. I feel as though I’m not going into my bag of tricks as often as I’d like. I love to be of help. But I have to find my space, the place that is open & waiting for me.
